Welcome to the Cal State San Marcos
Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment Registration Page
PANHELLENIC RECRUITMENT REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

Our five NPC sororities: Alpha Xi Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Chi Omega, Delta Zeta, and Gamma Phi Beta host a recruitment process together at the begining of spring semester.  If you are interested in these sororities, this process includes a $45 non-refundable administrative fee (you will be asked to pay at the end of registering via credit/debit card or electronic check) and does not guarantee an invitation to membership in a sorority. The cost of registration covers the cost of recruitment programming, recruitment staffing, recruitment training for recruitment counselors & any recruitment merchandise you may receive as part of the recruitment process.

Registration Closes at 2:00pm on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025

In order to be eligible for recruitment, you must:

  • Have completed 12 college units Note: transferred college units/ AP credit count; though they don't count toward graduation, we will review your myCSUSM and count the units for recruitment eligibility if you took remedial classes (i.e. Math 30) and passed.
  • Have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA; please note that some NPC organizations may have their own requirements.
  • Be currently enrolled in at least 6 units at CSUSM (students in Extended Studies/Open University are not eligible).
  • Be in good standing with the University conduct process.

If you are unsure if you meet one or more of these points, please contact Fraternity & Sorority Life PRIOR to registering. The registration fee is non-refundable, which means that you will not be reimbursed the fee for any reason once it has been processed.

Below are the times for recruitment. Please note that we provide these times as a reference point for the entire process and you must plan to adjust your schedule to attend these events. We will accommodate scheduling conflicts for preapproved academic classes but limited availability will reduce your chances of getting to know the sororities and vice versa (which helps you both make decisions) and will reduce your chances of receiving a bid. The schedule and process are explained in detail at Sorority Orientation, if you have any concerns.
